We get it, all of the hustle and bustle from the holidays can be exhausting. From maneuvering crowds in shopping malls, to spending hours wrapping gifts, planning parties and hosting guests, when it's all said and done you can experience holiday burnout. It's time to unwind from the holiday stress and treat yourself and your loved ones to a few relaxing days before the New Year.

  2. Watch a move - Put some lavender essential oil in the diffuser and sit back and relax and watch a movie with your friends and family. Get comfy and cozy and relax with your loved ones, spending quality time laughing and enjoying a great holiday movie.                                           
  3. See the lights- Visit the local botanical garden, zoo or park where there are beautiful lights on display. Bundle up if necessary and walk around the beautifully lit area and breathe in some fresh air.
